Born and raised in Gisborne, Aotearoa New Zealand, Jamil Śabda lived his truth fearlessly, a life that inspired, impacted his generation and built community. He started DJing in 2024, sharing his musical vision with high-energy, multi-genre sets that stuck, drawing from RnB, House, UKG, Jungle and DnB. As a young promoter his passion was bringing people together.

The name “Jamil Śabda” meaning "beautiful sound" in Arabic and Sanskrit, reflects his approach behind the decks and in life. He created NoMoney4You as a catalyst for free, inclusive events, genuine connection and social justice. He is forever a part of the Parallel Layers collective.
